The hotel is beautifully set just below the Arenal volcano, surrounded by lush rainforest, making for a stunning and peaceful stay. The rooms had excellent air-conditioning, and I loved relaxing on the terrace with a complete view of the volcano. The staff was remarkably friendly and went out of their way to help us, although there’s still room for improvement in some areas. Overall, the experience offered great value for the money, especially with the complimentary drinks at the bar.
