The hotel is beautifully set just below the Arenal volcano, surrounded by lush rainforest, making for a stunning and peaceful stay. The rooms had excellent air-conditioning, and I loved relaxing on the terrace with a complete view of the volcano. The staff was remarkably friendly and went out of their way to help us, although there’s still room for improvement in some areas.
